WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow 7-10 business days for Canadian Shipping, up to 15 business days for US. Worldwide shipping is approximately 16-18 business days for your order to arrive as we are a produce on demand company and it takes time for us to produce awesome custom products for you!

HEXA is excited to be partnering with a third party to service our international customers! You will be able to see international shipping rates once you chose your country at checkout and all duties and taxes will be paid in full at checkout.
Upon completion of your order, we will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, email tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly refund you.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your piece (s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.
